I hate cases like that. I think that sometimes common sense should prevail in overly clear cases even if there was some stupid procedural error.

...and justice for all...or?

Yesterday I was stuck in traffic for about half an hour due to a car crash and didn't move for about half an hour. I got out of my car to stretch my legs as I had been driving for 4 hours. I'm leaning against my car on my phone as the woman in the car next to me get's out. She was hot and on her own. We kept giving each other glances so I gave a smile and got one back. I'm just about to say something and then the car in front of me starts moving so I have to run back into my car. ](*,)
