Fires in the plains

There have been all kinds of fires around Texas and Oklahoma the past few days. I live in Oklahoma City and they have been showing fires around there for the past few days on the cable news channels. I'm in Wisconsin right now for the next day or two. So I'm a tad concerned about the situation. No rain since Halloween and only snowed a tad twice. It's just kinda freaky when this kinda thing happens basically on my door step. Dry weather for the next week and relatively warm, supposed to cool to the 50's finally. Anyway if anyone sees any news down there post it up here for my sanity.
