^ Nice, nice. I personally wouldn't want Samsung hardware because my experience with that company is awful, but they do make great HDTVs. Maybe they aren't that long-lasting, but they are great when it comes to picture and features (although most of them are useless and only add to the input lag), especially for something with that price tag.

I'm guessing your mom wanted 22" because of her old age? It's actually much easier for the weary eyes to watch smaller TVs.
