(Discuss literally anything here including introductions)

I saw someone was reading the White Tiger, great book. I had to read it for school but I enjoyed it.

Same nerdy reading.

I did for about two years, then sometime about a year ago I hauled up the books I had stored in our storage room here in the basement back up to my room and started reading the ones I hadn't read yet. Now I've bought a lot these past few months too, some with Barnes and Noble giftcards, cash, some dirt cheap because they are second hand. But I'd say my collection has at least grown 33% since November. I really still do enjoy the stories a lot, and its a collection, so it never feels complete, and it really isn't.

During those two years I did get rid of merchandise, and the toys and figures are still boxed up in storage. But the books, they add so much, without the books I probably wouldn't even be into Star Wars or read as much. I already know the stories in the movies, I could go without seeing those again, especially the prequels, and its been a few years since I watched through one all the way. Even the Pre-Quel books are not quit as good as the ones that take place after the original trilogy, there a few good ones, but not as many.

Lastly, I still would prefer not to talk about it too much, its a guilty pleasure.

Now I'm on the next one. Book 6 of the NJO series, Balance Point.

^ Be careful with them sites, they have a different form of Yale to the stuff I've shown you. Not that I'm very good with either version.

For my second time through... refuse to watch the movie though it'll wreck it for me for sure.

Maybe the best book out there on gaming even though now a bit old as it came out just as Xbox and gamecube came out.

But it really has so much detailed history and interviews with people sho shaped the industry and Sega's downfall and so much more.

I first got this book in 2003 for my birthday along with an Xbox and Shenmue II. I read all 600 pages in one night.

Only read it once since and this makes the 3rd time but this time muuuuuch much slower as I am taking my time.

Seriously for anyone with any passion for the industry pick it up on amazon..it's just 13$.

*Nerd Alert*

Finished Balance Point. Took a whole month for me to read, April 17th to today, May 16th. It was 359 pages normal sized font (not real big but not real tiny). Of course its not a high priority thing either (reading Star Wars books) so it doesn't matter how long it takes, its always one of my last goals of the day, a little reading before I go to bed.

So here's the next in the NJO series. Book 7 out of I think 19 or 20.

My version is 291 pages.

However, there is a short story that takes place between BP and EOVC that I think I will read first for the sake of continuity and chronological order, it is called Recovery and was originally an E-Book but can now be found at the back of a book later in the NJO series which I do have.
