^^I've flipped by it before. But that brings me to another thing I hate: the History Channel.
They never show anything that has to do with history anymore. It's all Nostradamus prophecy bullshit, or conspiracy theory crap, or the aforementioned "the earth after people" stuff. Used to love the channel, but now it's like the educational equivalent of MTV. It started out with a specific, simple goal, and turned into a stupid, pandering pile of turd.

Christ, that's far off topic...

^ Absolutely right. I just laughed and changed the channel forever when they went so far as to do the "earth after people" crap. That's literally the opposite of history.

I don't like the show but still see plenty of amazing shows on history like Ancient Discoveries but yeah they have side tracked mostly.

I only asked since at one point they talked about too much of our society relies on digital media which would be lost within a short while so our culture would be lost.
