I doubt it was the Imperial Flagship, it was released in 2010 and is made with a staggering 1600 individual pieces. ($500 on Amazon atm)
But Lego sure did have an awful lot of cool Pirate ships from 89'-97. The only one I ever had was the "Renegade Runner" which was only a small ship, but they built them as big as two feet long, like in the skull eyed schooner or blacksea barracuda.
