Posted: Fri Aug 17, 2012 11:02 pmI could have sworn someone here lived in Yokosuka and they were also from San Diego, their dad was in the navy or something and was transferred to Yokosuka.
Oh ya true, it was supposed to be Yokosuka at first but then they switched it up on him. Was actually much better to go to Kyushu cause its the country side. More laid back, nicer and fewer people. At first I was mad about the switch cause Yokosuka is right next to Tokyo and I knew I wanted to be there alot. But in the end even though I lived in almost the farthest, most southern point away from Tokyo I still ended up going there 4 seperate times for days on end. Was too easy with the train system there. I ended up visiting multiple cities at a time cause it's all north and south routes through most every major city.
After experiencing that ease, when it came time to vote on a bullet train bill in California to link San Diego, L.A and San Francisco you're damn right I vote Yes on that. And aparently most other Californians did too cause now it's passed and they are starting construction soon. Too bad I wont be around to enjoy it by the time its done.
