Found out about these guys about a week ago and heard almost nothing but weird things. It's what guys who like My Little Pony call themselves. I'm sure there are people out there who just like the show but I've heard nothing but weird shit about them like how get turned on by the ponys and clop (wank) to them.

Now this video is just crazy. Seriously just watch it all the way through. The part just before the 2 minute mark had me laughing so hard. The guy needs to be locked up I'm sure he will hurt someone one day.

When i first joined university, i went to a society that involved computer networking and coding, thinking it would help me along with my course. Me and a few friends went to the taster session, and everything seemed great. Presentations were being shown on the projector during the whole thing. Once the taster session started to die down, people were showing their favorite videos on youtube, whilst people chatted amongst themselves.

Literally the whole time, pony videos were shown and literally half of the people there were loving it. i thought people were joking, you know, pretending to like it. But no, they were almost cheering and having serious discussions about the characters, and other aspects in the show.
And that's how i first found out about the brony thing.

Sadly i couldn't see past it, (even though i tried). Those who were interested in it, talked about it constantly.

If people like the show, then whatever. It's just really weird when its all someone talks about.

I also don't get why people would love something intended for young girls to that extent, when it can literally become their identity.

I agree that the only thing that makes sense about it is that these people have a sexual attraction to the ponies, like furries, but they won't admit it. I saw two episodes of the show and can't get into it. It's visually vibrant, occasionally funny, and the character designs are great for the most part (the character Derpy is likable), but that's as far as it goes.

I know my friends loved watching the new Carebears show before it got canned and replaced by the Pony show, so its something about the way they're doing these shows now that are becoming more appealing to older people.
