Yeah when he first appeared everyone was accusing him of being Ryudo for some reason.

Yeah when he first appeared everyone was accusing him of being Ryudo for some reason.

I saw that talk, but never really felt it. Ryudo was a lot of things, but pretending to be a British Asian person seems a bit far fetched, to me at least...

I don't know what my job is.

I got an interview through someone I know and all they talked about in the interview was what kind of person I am and didn't talk about the job at all. When I started I just did stuff that got emailed to me or stuff people asked me to do. I only read emails that have an important sounding subject as I get loads of company crap that I don't care about like information on staff days, apparently when you start you get an email with a personal email sig with your title in it and I deleted it without reading it. My manager said I need that sig and when I said I accidentally deleted the email I was told I'd get it emailed again and never did. Whenever I have a one on one with my manager I just get told I'm doing a great job and I'm apparently looking to be promoted in 2 months and have no idea why. I honestly just spend a lot of time reading Twitter on my phone secretly. A couple of times I've tried to find out but not make it obvious and someone will just joke saying something like I'm just a wallflower. I obviously know my department but fuck knows what I'm actually meant to do and this has been going on a stupid amount of time now that I'm starting to find this stupid myself.

Dont get one. The company has this initiative where they're trying to scrap using paper by a certain year and all payslips are done electronically. All it has on there is my employee number and department code.

Honestly it's about who you know. I've not known one person to come into the company just by sending in a CV, it's always their friend who hands it in for them. It's always been that way at every job I've been at, if someone that already works wherever you are applying can vouch for you being alright that goes a lot further then making yourself sound good on paper with degrees and shit. Just ask around, even if it's a cousins friend just try and wiggle your way in somewhere and then prove yourself and you'll make contacts there that can create other opportunities.

If I was going to apply for a job tomorrow the last place I would look is on job sites, I'd look through my phone book and Facebook friends.
