I bought a capture card and started messing with some settings:

I'm gonna buy more tapes and get a VCR that has an s-video output so I can capture the footage in higher quality. All I need is an external mic and tests outdoors in pitch darkness (armed with only a flashlight) and I think I have a movie camera.

So is 'German Whip' big on the Japanese Karaoke scene then? haha, from the preview it sounds like that guy was doing a pretty decent job. I'm almost tempted to buy it just to hear his rendition of Big H's verse only 100 yen.


For those blissfully unfamiliar of 'German Whip' it's the only grime tune recently to have gained some mainstream success, sort of. It's proper shit though, and I like a fair bit of grime. JME's bit is alright though.

Is it just me, or is youtube dead? I usually watch several channels, and each one has not had any notable activity for the past couple of weeks now. It's moments like this that I realize how condensed the internet has become. Years ago, when it first started, there were thousands of sites that one could frequent on any given day. Now, it's just youtube, facebook, and google.

The good thing, is this is forcing me to focus on finishing some games. Between training and job drama, I've actually been enjoying Assassin's Creed Brotherhood.

Doing some late night random reading and stumbled across this Yoji Yamamoto interview. This guy is so cool. I totally agree with taste on female dress sensibilities, covering up is definitely sexier. He's also the guy who designed all the suits in the Kitano movie Brother, I've always loved the suits in that film.
