Been about a year now sine I joined the gym and started eating healthier. I'm not trying to be the next Arnie or anything but I'm happy with where I'm at now. I used to have a flat chest and beer belly but now that has switched around. I just feel better in general, clothes fit me better and women take notice of you more.

Monday - Chest/Calves
Tuesday - Back/Abs/Core
Thursday - Shoulders/Triceps
Friday - Legs (Hamstrings/Quads)/Biceps

Breakfast - Normally a shake I make of raw oats/peanut butter/milk/berries/protein powder. Then a banana afterwards.
Lunch - Chicken and brown rice
Post work out - Protein shake
Dinner - Whatever

I cut out all fizzy drinks and sweets. I eat whatever for dinner because although I want to be healthier I'm not devoting my life to having 1% bodyfat. I don't eat pizza every night or anything sometimes it's healthy like salmon but the odd night on a Saturday a takeaway or burger is nice. Also sometimes snack between meals with a bit of fruit or a belvita biscuit.

Ah, thanks for the tips man. I will be looking to go back to the gym soon and get into shape, but I question every single thing i do and always think I am doing it wrong. Am I lifting wrong, am in lifting too much? Am I working out right in general? What is my diet supposed to be? Is this right because that other person says it isn't.

I would need to be told what to do or what exactly to eat every hour of the day by someone who knows and it drives me insane thinking I am doing a workout or eating wrong.

Kinda random (this is the random thoughts thread so i guess it fits :lol:) but i think i'm done with anime, haven't really watched like any show in a while and the anime community is rubbing me the wrong way lately... i might watch a show or 2 once in a while (if its getting a big good reviews) and i won't stop liking the shows i already like but i will quit for a while atleast.... :-&
