New to the forum, but I've been lurking for some time. I actually just got introduced to the series last year, when i picked up Shen 2 off the shelf at a local game store. Had no idea what it was really (I was a huge nintendo fanboy back in the day so i didn't pay much attention to DC games). Anyways it was a really refreshing change to see the style of play it had to offer. I got pretty far (to kowloon) before i stopped and told myself i had to play the original before i got any further in the story (no i never watched that stupid shenmue the movie because i knew it would ruin it). So i've got my dreamcast now, and i'm having a great time in Yokosuka. Cheers!

I'm Nuke. I'm the CEO of a company called Ekunia, which I began as an unincorporated entity at 14 years old and still haven't launched. While I've never actually played Shenmue, I'd like to play it sometime soon. Never had a Dreamcast (or Xbox/360/XB1, for that matter...), though; I skipped from Grandma's NES to a PS2.

Also, I'm a massive Russophile. I love up on Russia 24/7. Take my opinions on the crisis in Ukraine with a bit of...well, reason? They're quite anti-Western.

Been lurking around the Shenmmue Dojo ever since I discovered there were soundtracks from the Shenmue series hosted here but, as I've been getting back into Shenmue I figured it was finally time to join and share my love of the franchise with others.

Long time lurker (since 2003 or sophmore year of high school). first time member. I know I know, why on earth haven't I joined the best Shenmue resource sooner right? Truthfully I'm on the sight all of the time, but I've never really been a big fan of forums. But I love Shenmue just as much as everyone here, so I figured why not start giving it a try. Hi all, my name is Dan I am from Michigan and i'm 27. Long time lurker and finally made a account for GDC. Been a fan of Shenmue since it came out. I actually met a close friend due to talking about Shenmue in school. Shenmue 2 was the first game I ever preordered (this was before this was common) and then it never came out . Then I preordered it again when it came to Xbox. Like many of you Shenmue is my favorite game of all time. I dont type too much because i'm disabled and its hard for me. I have always loved this site and its always seemed like a family.
