Its his knees. The guy who made that video only let the tape roll for a few seconds to fool us. The whole scene shows better angles that make it clear that its not his dong.

Those were just seeing and hearing what's not there. The castle thing I think was a employee who got in serious trouble for that. This in the spoiler however was in the VHS versions.

I don't know man, that Lion King bit did look a bit too much like sex to be a coincidence. It could have been just done as little joke by the animators I guess.

Its actually SFX. Its a joke between one of the animators and one of the sound guys.
