Used to smoke weed with tobacco about a year or so ago, everyday for probably 9 months to a year, i forget what and it was easy as fuck to stop? if someone offers me some I won't say no now but i wont go out and buy it everyday, cant tell if i was hooked to tobacco but i probably was and it's easy as fuck to stop. You just don't buy it.

Just not buying it isn't as easy as it sounds. The hardest thing when quitting is if your social circle includes smokers, which it most probably does, as that's usually the reason people start smoking in the first place.

If quitting on your own doesn't go so well, convince a friend to quit with you. I once had three workmates quit at the same time, then after returning after a holiday they all started again.. Image

There's clearly only one solution:

Kill all the fags.

Yeah to be honest, I was incredibly simplifying the whole situtation. I have never smoked cigarettes but I have heard that if you want to stop, look at the Allen Carr book. It questions your reasoning to smoke

Abbreviate it for me. I question why I started now I've quit. I concluded that, like drinking, it's something you experiment with when you're legal to do so. Drinking and smoking go hand in hand. I still smoke when I'm drunk enough but I don't think much of it now, the thrill has gone..

The only tobacco I ever smoked on the regular was hookah, though I've had a couple of cigarettes in my life (or "fags", you silly brits).

Weed is the only thing I'm doing now but that's not even a regular habit. Coffee is probably the only addictive shit I'm on ATM.

I switched over to one of those electric gaping things yesterday. Pretty good too, just takes a bit of getting used to. All it is, is nicotine without the 4000 harmful chemicals that are in a cigarette.

I think I am gonna grab one. Everyone has them now, so I'll look less uncool than I thought I would before. ;-)

I agree with what you say though, I am pretty sure it will probably make my nicotine dependency worse, but the fact I'm not inhaling dangerous burnt smoke has got to be better, right?

But is there anything less cool than smoking those e-snouts? Go out and buy some chocolate cigarettes (do they still make those?) instead, they were like the coolest things ever when I was a kid (they even came in faux cigarette boxes  ) , and they're still a damn sight cooler than those vapour producing gizmos.

Yea but depend on it. Its fine, its a habit Thats not doing you any harm, like drinking some red bull for caffeine, or picking your nose and eating it. As long as its with a Nicofresh or a Ziggycig and the nicotine oil, your not getting all that tar and shit Thats actually responsible for cancer. You can go to the gym, won't have shortness of breath, and just like giving up smoking, you will have a better sense of taste and smell in a couple of weeks. Also its far cheaper, once you get it. You will spend about £30 a month on it. Its great, and yea, everyone has them now. No one smokes cigarettes it seems. Since Ive been back its all I have seen!

I can't take someone seriously when it looks like they're sucking on a pregnancy test.
