That's frightening, man. Hope the operation went well.

A friend of mine went through it and he's totally fine now. It's the type of cancer that has a really high recovery rate especially if you catch it early, so that's a good thing.

Stay strong ShenSun, and keep us updated.

Had my operation. I'm still recovering, but i'm a lot more mobile then I was a few days ago.

The next step is for them to investigate the affected testicle and determine what type of cancer it is.

They said they would call me next week to come back into the hospital in order to have my blood checked. Apparently, once you have the diseased testicle removed, you blood levels should go back to normal after 7 days.

Next, they will give me a CT scan of my body to determine if the cancer has spread.

From there, I guess further treatment begins.

On the bright side, the chest xray that they performed a week ago was completely clear. Im guessing this will have to be reconfirmed with the ct scan, but it does make me a little bit more hopeful.

Tough times ahead.

glad to hear your operation went well. hopefully they don't find any complications and you can put your mind to ease soon

make sure to take up at least one drug habit after you recover, since now you know you could die in the roll of a die. its way more fun/

Unfortunately, i wont be able to update the game any time soon. Not until i know whats going on with this cancer.

As soon as it's staged and treatment options are discussed, I may continue the project and start another one.

This of course depends if everything goes smoothly.

Im just waiting to find out what type of cancer it is. Hopefully i have the "good" type.

CT Scan CLEAR.

It doesn't look like the cancer has spread.

I just have to hope that my blood levels go back to normal now.

It looks like they caught it super early, so ill have more treatment options available.

I should be back to normal in no time........hopefully.
