ive seen the same sort of thing in the work place before.. unattractive, geeky woman flirting, giggling and loving the attention of 2 of guys. its all 50/50 harmless flirting ( i highly doubt this woman would get the attention anywhere else) - then she goes away and reports them both for sexual harassment.

If your company messes so much with it's employees private life, then that ain't really a great company.

Sounds to me like both Riku and the girls at his work lack an understanding of decent workplace social interaction. But who really knows what's true based on the words we read.

In my opinion if you reject someone then go around to your work colleagues and say 'Lol guess who i rejected', you're obviously a disgrace anyway. I wouldn't have done what you did, but i think it's relatively funny and completely justified. Kudos

I don't think decency is really something to be judged, its a concept that signifies a collective agreement on what isn't going to potentially cause disruption in a particular environment. People's minds can always be changed at what IS decent though, but it's tough I've never been able to do that. I need to have some big ol power to do that.

At least that's what my idea of decency is ehuehuhuehohoho. And of course no, you don't always have to be decent when the situation demands it. But this one didn't.
