fair enough, seems clear. 
take into consideration, $ony has a fucktonne of global servers. (and services vary, and subjective to customer locations too. EULA should cover this.)
try facing the site frontend via a proxy or vpn, and see if the server is visible. (then try a login, but i can't account for the proxy used, own discretion.)

tip offered as an attempt to negate isp/DNS related issues.
if you stil get that message after a proxy-in, then it's what it is, OFFLINE!
if you DO get to the frontend, then it's likely:
1, isp related issue?
2, DNS servers for your area hasn't updated yet, or properly.
