video problem

just downloaded some vids from shenmue 1 and 2 but for some reason they wont all work..half them just have sound but no picture.
Any reason why???

Right click on the file and choose "open with" and choose divx. Or something like that.

yeah tried that just comes up error..its mostly the shenmue 1 vids that wont work..the shenmue 2 vids were ok

What I always do is open Divx and access the file through it.
