"Telling me the fate I must confront"

fate is usually associated with BAD things

"The encounter leads us to the new beginning"

ryo & shenhua will be together?

"The never ending story has just begun..."

there will never be a conclusive ending to the game and we will all be devistated?

also, shenhua is magic, as we all know, from the bad ending of shenmue 2, since she says the never ending story has just begun, and leads us to a new begining we can safely assume that ryo and shenhua will NOT die at any point in the story... any one else care to share there analyzations? (is thata word :? )

Fate and bad things, what do you mean?

"Leads us to a new beginning", Ryo realizes that he is the one mentioned in the prophecy. Shen Hua becomes his mentor. They will travel together, but fall in love... I don't know.

Never ending story... Ryo might die, and if he does, he will be killed by some other than Lan Di - maybe Ziming - and then Ryo's yet unborn son will continue the story. Once again on the path of vengeance.

Call me stupid, but I can't find that on the passport disc. Can someone please point which trailer exactly?

BTW, at the end of Shenmue II, wasn't the prophecy Shenhua said in the cave the poem, as she said?

I dunno where but I´ve seen it many times... I think it also comes when you start disc 1 and just press nothing for a moment...

I´ve never seen such a cold stare...

Yeah, and all of them probably end with "Thus the saga begins" or "The story has just begun" or so... Thinking about it, they confuse me as they all use similar words and meanings...
