The dumbest guy had to be the person I always mention in here- the guy in green at the harbor who always says s***, as if that's the only 4 letter word he knows. I guess it's the most extreme word allowed in major video game releases, which is kinda funny. The industry is still viewed as only for children, which means they tone it all down for the rest of us. The fact that I was surprised hearing a game character say s*** sort of emphasizes this point, I guess.
