I've played each game through about 3 times, at least (probably 4 or 5 for the second game).
But I don't keep a schedule on this stuff. I don't specifically play it through once every 6 months or a year or whatever. That seems a little... obsessive. Planning to play it every time a certain amount of months expires.

Summer is usually a good time to play with the usual game drought and all that.

I dont really keep a schedule either lol. I just get the itch a couple times a year and i run through them for old times sake

I'm kinda in the same boat as the guy who doesn't have it anymore. I've got most of the hardware and corresponding software--but I don't have a controller. I've even got a rumble pack for Pete's sake. I still write about Shenmue so I feel like I'm playing it when I think about it.

I haven't played in about three years. I got to the point where I knew what was happening next the whole game. I probably played the first one, no joke about 15 times throughout not counting times I just messed around in it. PLayed the second one through about three times. I still own the second one on xbox, but the thing stopped working on me! Scratched it...

Nah, it ain't so rough when on some days you're too busy to even finish a 6 hour game or barely watch half a movie.
