These kind of things are not usually to all public. Some afortunated collectors keep them as treasures and the only way to get them is paying a very high price to have it.
I decided to talk to Shendream to release it because a guy was making copies and selling them at high prices on ebay. Selling "fake" betas to fans is in my opinion a very bad thing so this release is our answer to people who use the pationated Shenmue users to win easy money.

I also would like to get "credits". I was the guy who kept an eye on the person who was selling "fake" betas. I did a lot of investigation for weeks on it, and warned the community about it (Master Kyodai on Sun Oct 17, 2010 and Fenix on Thu Oct 21, 2010). Without this knowledge, the thought about releasing this Beta to the community had not existed, because people where thinking they got a "real" beta in hands.

You confirmed me what I was suspecting about the guy because if I'm not wrong I saw his Youtube Channel showing the Dreamcast HK to burn GD-R and a thread in Assembler where the guy was asking to buy blank GD-R.

But in my opinion it's better to not mention that guy. Theres a thread in Assembler asking for his ban and they quoted Shenmuedojo in some posts. Specially me saying I was going to release the beta with Shendream 'cause I got a full refund and I not returned the disks after getting that refund.
I did not returned them because he wasn't him who returned me the money. It was Paypal. The guy dissapeared and I did not have any more contact.

Do I have get Alcohol 120%? Rather use discjugger.

You can as well mount the image in your favorite Virtual drive soft and then do a 1:1 copy of that drive. Discjuggler if you wanna burn without converting. If you just wanna get a cheap and fast look it works fine in NullDC.

I put a link in the past showing a place to get it but only Kyodai was in fact, really interested on.
It's a kinda expensive plugin to buy it for my only use (witch I don't know how to use it also).

The plugin for soft image? I called Autodesk about it since they own Softimage now and it is still expensive... They just don't want us to have it. Bastards.

I believe it is not legal in the US(not sure about other countries). I believe the EULAs and laws all state that in order to have a legal backup copy, you need to copy YOUR OWN DISC. That means making an ISO or CDI from a physical disc that you own. But the law won't come killing you for it. It is definitely worth checking out though!
