Shenmue Dojo

Hello everyone!
I'm new here, and this will be my first post.

I know this topic might have been discussed before, but I want to ask it anyway.

We all know that Shenmue have lots of characters; but among all those, there's always one that we like more than the rest, either by his/her characteristics or personality.
So, I want to ask you your opinion. I mean, tell me what's your favorite Shenmue character and why? (Shenmue 1 and 2)

I'd appreciate your answers

Ren. Because he is so cool and such a badass and has such a cool personality. None of this needs to be said though, we all know this already.

Yuan. Because I love traps.

Senmue 1 : Shingo Mochizuki
Shenmue2 : Yuan

Shenhua. Mainly for what her introduction and the symbolic importance of her character did to the story and the emotions I felt while playing that part of the game.

But there's also Gui Zhang and Xuiying. And the Ryo/Ren dynamic in Kowloon was epic.

Not sure if he's gay, but he acts like one, specially when shenhua tries to kiss him in the forest, but he kept dodging her

ren because he gets shit done and doesn't whine like a lot of the other characters in the saga, also I've always been a fan of the criminal with a good heart character

I also like wong as we have a lot in common
