This doesn't necessarily scream 'troll' at me - I mean, the guy has given us personal information about himself.

A little odd that he should know 2 people, both of whom randomly have inside knowledge of the Shenmue series... Maybe he is the one being trolled.

It crossed my mind and I wasn't totally convinced but thought : What the hell, who cares? Just asking a question in case it's true is less work than it would be for him to put all of this together.
I also asked where he lived in Sweden and the twitter feed on his site mentions Shenmue. It would be a lot of effort with a small payoff.

I had a look and there's no one registered with that name in Sweden. The only person that lives in the right city is 17 and has Adam and Manuel as middle names. This matches though :

I remember him all too well. Or "reporter" who was very busy one E3 to provide us with Shenmue news. He was going on about phones going red since they were getting lots of insider tips or something. And I remember now that he said that Yu was there. And as proof he was showing us a picture of some random people at E3. Saying that Yu just happened to stand behind one of them
