I'm here on english Windows XP Pro 32Bit SP3 and NullDC runs S1 and S2 like 99% perfect. If you have a similar configuration you should be able to get NullDC working (I think i uploaded my version with all plugins and Roms somewhere here, that should include my settings and stuff).

Still workin on it... findin tools to work right with xbox free speach is sort of a pain though
