Well it should be 870mb (so the discs say)

I threw as much as I could to hit 99 mins in audio format to test this, and w/o making something to fill the 99mins, I got about 22 seconds short of my 99...

I think thie pic below is proof enough DC can handle the 99 minute discs, and every track seems to play w/o a hitch

Now I just wish that my Walmart would sell these discs. Does anybody know what retailers sell them? I don't mean online either.

Well he did state it's about 8 hours per disc, and it would go much faster if we split 50/50... However he did state privacy of tools he was using and it's up to him to trust me with a copy of the tools or not

Im not looking forward to it, but it looks like I am going to start on the 99min version next week.

Since the .ahx tools are not public domain. I am stuck with working on this all alone. I wish that this were different. but, I cant do shit about it.

Either way it looks like I am going to actually compress the .ahx files and possibly skip downsampling them all. Everything should remain on the 99min disks. the language files that were removed in the 80min version will more than likely be on the 99min disks.

Considering the only thing removed on the 80min disks were the Language files: French, German, Spanish (the text for notebook etc.)

"public domain" psshhhhhh

I havent done this before, but can't you use it to extract the ADX, downsample these and recompile into an AHX? How did you do it for the 8KHz release?

I added the full CRI Middleware SDK 2008 package to our modding compendium thread. This one also includes the mentioned AHXENCD.exe.

The other method you did - depends a bit how files are named/sorted, but if you can throw all in one folder you (or I) could program a mass converter. Depends a bit on the structure if this is a help or not.
