hey you seem motivated im happy to hear that, its always good to see new people ready to invest in this project :D
unity is compatible with javascript (a little different then the common javascript though) boo and c# so if you know anything about these that would be very helpfull :) il pm you a page with loads of premade scripts for unity so you have a basic idea of what it it uses :mrgreen:

Have him contact Yazgoo. Yazgoo is actively building the extractor now.

We have had some success in the past with extracting props (full models with textures) if you look at some old posts you will find some of the models that we extracted. You can also extract some faces, buildings and characters, but right now it is a hit or miss. More models don't work than do. But Yazgoo is aware of the issues and it has to do with a bug that relates to the z axis (I think) so hopefully it will be resolved. Yazgoo has come the closeset when it comes to a full extractor he has almost completely reversed engineered the mt5 file format. yeah i remember watching the tutorial you put online sometime ago, unfortunatly the links to the models that where put on the dojo have mostly expired, the only things i managed to recover were that pack of shenmue textures and the whats shenmue textures

I think Master Kyodai has most of the models from back then. Personally I need to get back into the mod scene, I have been pretty much cheer leading for yazgoo lately haha. I am going to start back up and work on extracting models. I actually created a website that contained a giant list of models that need to be extracted and rigged. I am thinking about launching the site since it seems there is alot more interest in shenmue modding these days.

haha glad to hear that, yeah that sounds great, hopefully seeing activity more people will come back to the shenmue modding community :D , i have just finished the test level il post some pictures soon to update this thread a bit :)

Hey!, Unity3d seems so easy and powerful,now I'm trying to put custom assets with cameras, animations...(it's a very cool way to program cinematics in game scenes and things like QTE). GboyKing, do you have the pro version in "trial" :-" or free version?

Yeah! Kwoloon looks awesome with the new lights! soon will post some screenshots of my little advances with Unity.
But Lan Di's model from Yfrid seem to have a broken link, someone has a copy?
