argh that means back to rapidshare for me. My little 3D rendering app - Vue 6 - can handle 3ds files very well but on .max i need the full version of 3d max. XD

also could the person who managed to extract the textures explain how they did it so well, i would like to create a texture pack for shenmue 2 if possible

a little scene a quickly did, not my best of work I'll try and make something better when i have more time

I must admit i think i don't have it anymore, but i think it was just the Shenmue 1 (and later Whats shenmue) textures extracted. I used the tools available in the sticky. If i redo ripping all textures maybe imma make kinda tutorial or so.

well I extracted the textures from shenmue 2 disk 1, all though they are upside down and mirrored most can still be used

once I have extracted cd 3&4 I will make a construction kit with the best textures and fixed

Ah yeah, i used some tool to "batch convert" the images if i remember exactly, because de-mirroring like 3000 files is no fun manually. Imma see if i can find all tools again.
