I think you put too much text in each conversation text area.
Half or it would be better :)
too much text overwhelms people.

Also Nozomi model seems so weird.

The backgrounds look great.

Looks awesome!

Just out of curiosity, why didn't you use an game engine like Ren'Py or Stencyl?

Novelty is easier is the simple and honest answer. I'm not a programmer but I'm learning slowly and doing the best I can. :rotflmao:

Also I did start the project with Ren'Py but ran into some problems, after that someone suggested I use Unity as well but again, with not being that great at programming and all...

And yes this project is still in development, albeit very slowly.

Bonus animation! It's really subtle Image

Master Kyodai's original for comparison Image

Went through hell removing those damn npcs.

Some really bad news, unless I can completely replace an old IDE Seagate Circuit board or find a very specific chip to solder back into place, I'm going to have to redo a whole fuck ton of shit.

Post the model number. I have a few old Seagate Hard Drives lying about. If you need a new ribbon cable though, you'd be best taking it to a professional forensic data recover specialist, as they'll read it directly from the physical discs.

Thanks, but the problem has been averted. Phew! It was an inductor (2R2). Thankfully, I had a very similar SATA HDD Same capacity and voltage and everything. (most of the circuit board is fried so it wasn't good anyway.) So I removed the inductor and replaced it. Messy business but the HDD appears to be working properly.

The way that it broke off is so stupid, it got caught on the cloth of a travel bag and chipped.

Now, it's time to make some backups before anything else goes wrong. :rotflmao:

In a few words: Me wants. Preferably for a cheesy voice...

Can you pull off an old mysterious person who hard to distinguish the voice from male or female? xD You've for sure already seen most of what the script is in my videos (albeit with some minor changes.) I'm almost ready to put out the demo (not a game-play demo, well, maybe about 5 minutes of game-play...) to see if it works on other computers, haha.

I tried to sound as weird Yuan-like old mysterious man as I can be... xD

If you want me to voice Enoki, I'll be your perfect voice model though...

If you still want to do it, I'll try to send some samples of what I'm looking for soon. Also, I hope to have EPISODE ONE out by the end of March 2014, screw the demo, if it works it works. . Though with more working being put into Project Sekai that means Shenmue HUDremix has to be put on hold for a while...
