do you still have this model!!!!!!!!!? i am working on some custom action figures for 3d print and am missing her model and noone seems to have her but you! if you can help me i would greatly appreicate it ! just PM me if you have her i need a obj or fbx would be dandy!

I've seen your PM, If I understood it correctly you wanted the ingame model, this is the passport face with a custom body I did, anyway I can send you both, give me some time to find it on my HDD.

Whatever happened to that Xmas demo you were planning on Releasing? Did you manage to get it out in time or is that coming in the future?

Apologies for the massive delay. Me and Esspiral are still working very hard on the game. We're still trying to sort a few things out.

The next time i edit the main page, expect a massive update which should address all of your questions.

Side note: Do you think shenhua could ever be Ryos romantic love interest in the actual canon game series? OR do you think Nozomi will always be his girl?

I like to think nozomi will always be his sweetheart. That might change once we play shenmue 3 though.

With regards to our project, right now, we're working on the hardest part of the entire game. Esspiral has a list of assets that hes working on. He's creating something magnificent, so its going to take a whlile. Ive been busy with programming the game, finalising the script, importing assests, etc. Its coming along nicely and i think all of you will reallly like the final product. Hopefully, you can see the quality of the project in the pictures that we've posted thus far, aswell as the presentation of the thread and general ambition for the game.

Im working on it right now while at my fulltime job, lol.

Its a tough and demanding project, but thats alright, love the challenge. Baby stepping it, one step at a time and we'll eventully get there.

Shenmue Gaiden has been placed on hold for the time being due to Esspiral no longer working on the project. While, I currently have a ton of assets for the game, more are needed in order to achieve the desired result.

I'll have to wait for more assets to become available from the modding community

Have you thought about changing the name for this? I mean "Gaiden", that's kinda like "Revelations", "Legends", etc. - generic videogame cliche titles that don't really say much and are used over and over again. It's a bad title in my opinion. Might be something to consider if this ever gets off the ground again..

Fair point. Im pretty good at certain things, but one thing i've always sucked at is names and titles. I think its an area that i probably need to focus more on and develop.

I like the Gaiden name. it's easy to remember and rolls off the tongue.....and yeah i guess it is cliche. if you have any suggestions, im all ears, but im fairly certain that the project and all other visual novels will most likely fall under the gaiden name.
