and nothing can ever replace the feeling of realism you feel in Shenmue I.
Shenmue II even though similar, doesn't exactly have the same feeling in Shenmue I.
In Shenmue II, it does have bigger environments, but most of the stores,
buildings, rooms and shops, such as the stores in Golden qr. are always closed,
and there wasn't really many houses that Ryo could knock on.
In Shenmue I, practically every store was open,
some places such as the Russiya China shop, was closed for a while, and Shenmue I there were many houses and apartments and you could find out where most people live.
Also, in Shenmue I, all of the NPC's were all unique and each has his/her own biography.
In Shenmue II, some characters have biographies, but not all.
So I just have to say that in Shenmue I is more better than Shenmue II in most areas, and vice-versa.
But I still like Shenmue I more.
Some NPCs in Shenmue II, to me, always seemed the same for some reason.
agree to the above
shenmue 1 just has it really
and nozomi added a love interest which s2 lacked. and a humurous twat in fuku-san. and the house. and gui zhang, the coolest guy to appear in the series. basically. shenmue1 rocked
