Can the Mr. Yukawa figures be transferred from S1 to S2?

I know the Dreamcasko, Sataro, etc. figures can't be transferred since they are not in Shenmue II, but I was curious if the Mr. Yukawa Suit and Happi figures could be transferred, because they're not in the Xbox version. I won them both and just want to know if they could be transferred.

Sounds like a question for Kiyuu. I have a hunch that they can't though.

I think they are.

I used to transfer my special toy capsules in Shenmue II.
