Skip airing out the books!

I was messing around with the map glitch while carrying the books and I found a way to skip it entirely every time you want to! You simply need to glitch walk to the temple, get in and back out and bam, the day is yours to enjoy!

Really, really cool find!
This make me want to play Shenmue 2 again e_e I have a few questions that need answering after seeing this. Your channel has clips of lots of scenes that go under the radar of 99% of players. ;d

Excellent find man. This should also apply to the day when Xiuying wants you catch the leaves right? I don't find the book airing too tedious, but if there was a time to cash in on this glitch...

It should be possible to pull this off while looking for the Wulinshu. The scene with Xiuying should trigger if you walk back towards the library. I haven't tried it on that day yet.
Of course you won't get any moves from Hanhui but that isn't too bad (expect for the Sleeve Strike) because you can buy them yourself. And if you use this glitch in the beginning of the game, you won't regret having to pay for them either. Just use it to keep your bag and money and to get out of Aberdeen. Then spend all the money you'd lose anyway on the move scrolls.
EDIT: I tried it on the Xbox on the day you search for the Wulinshu just now. The scene with Xiuying does trigger but you have to wait until after 10 a.m. until she appears.

Really cool use of the map glitch! And since I just found out about the map glitch since I joined the Dojo, I will look forward to trying it on my next playthough of Shenmue II

I enjoy this part of the game as well but only a few times other then that if I get caught up exploring and I spend a lot of extra time staying with Master Tao, it get old after the 7th, 15th or 40th time. I explore a lot
but I am currently playing though the game with a friend and it was the funniest thing in the world watching my friend do it, since QTE'S outside of combat are not his thing
