Street Fight Ring Out Barrier

Sometimes you do a move like the Darkside Hazuki very close to the edge of the ring but it doesn't force the guy out, as if there's an invisible barrier.
Never thought about how much time has to pass or how far the life bar has to be depleated before it "opens".
