Shenmue Dojo

The shit thing about Facebook now though is that Page statuses only reach the newsfeeds of a small percentage of the Page's fans. It's Facebook's new money-grubbing way of forcing people to pay to "promote" their posts.

As things stand right now, it will be Miku, Segata and Vectorman being submitted for DLC approval.

I have never heard of them either to be honest. Looking at the character of this Miku, it disturbs me regarding the type of people who have been voting for that character. Really does remind me of that man in the video with the pony toy at McDonalds.

I can Live with Vectorman, Segata and Ryo being submitted because that makes sense but miku isn't even really a Sega character.

Miku is a vocaloid, shes a fake jpop idol that has a series of rhythm games. If you were looking it up you'd wat to look up Hatsune miku or project diva.

Segata Sanshiro is like Chuck Norris but far more awesome. Basically Sega paid Hiroshi Fujioka, an actor made famous for his portrayal of Takeshi Hongo aka the first Kamen rider, to be this crazy ass larger then life master of Sega Saturn. Just look the guy up and you'll have a good laugh. (Note Fujioka is also the Japanese voice of Iwao Hazuki)

Vectorman is a cool character from a genesis game of the same name. Its hard as freaking hell but very fun, you guys should look it up.

im in absolute SHOCK that this news is still not on the main page of the dojo and that there is no video promoting it.

Ryo should have 2x the amount of votes miku does according to its "fans".

where's the group that tweet the shenmue stuff to sega every month? where's the kenji guy from the french site and all his followers? wheres all those shenmue 3 youtubers, wheres all the dojo members? etc

I fear for the worse if the HD releases get the same support.

Those who are in a POSITION that have outlets to the FANS, use your POWER to get Ryo to number 1.

I really don't want to see Ryo not make the top 3 and then have all the shenmue fans that didn't support him bitch about how hes not in the game etc etc

I completely agree with your rant, and am doing what I can with very limited time. But the polls have been open two days. Some campaign co-ordinators haven't even had the chance to see this stuff yet. Once they do, I know they'll be all over it like white on rice.

I gotta say I'd be fine with Vectorman as one of the three, since that was pretty much my first video-game ever. Well, that and Sonic 2 . Vectorman, Segata and Ryo would be ideal. Also, is it whoever reaches 1000 first? What if more than 3 reach 1000, what then?

I think the problem with us shenmue fans is that shenmue taught us honesty and fair play while the others are probably just multi voting damn Iwao and his life lessons
