No problem I was happy too to find much information here.
A the end of the part 5 he said that Shenmue Gai was initially developed on classical cellphones but Yu wants to make it on smarphones then. (for USA and Europe ? He did not say anything about it.)
On Shenmue Master (the french website for the fans), I have read that Yu answered to the question "Who owns the Shenmue licence ?" on the interview made by Shendream, but we have to wait his report (it's a surprise).

Well, I am finishing the editing of the interview (jeez I look nervous! I am taking everything out of me in there!).

On the meantime here you have an HD video of a Tekken and Virtua Fighter fight between Harada (current producer of Tekken) and Suzuki. Suzuki is Sarah in Virtua Fighter and Alisa in Tekken. The action doesn't start until the minute 5, so if you want to skip it is ok, but I find the beggining extremely interesting (Suzuki says it's his first time playing Tekken and Harada says he won't use the directional pad, also he explains Suzuki-san how the controls on Tekken work. Oh, Harada also seems to say that Virtua Fighter has been a huge influence, and when it's time to play it, Suzuki asks Harada if he needs help with the controls and Harada answers that no no no, he perfectly knows Virtua Fighter. CLASSY!) Pardon me, there are no subtiltes, but it's pretty much self-explanatory.
