I wouldnt be too concerned regarding that character. Sumo already said that they couldnt put her in the game, and not to expect her in it. I think its because the is 3rd party property. But either way, our primary focus should be on getting Ryo past the 1000 mark in a fair manner. There should be no multiple voting or alternate votes. Try and keep it fair is all we ask. I see no problems getting Ryo enough votes after we get all of our Facebook/Youtube followers voting, and also once Yama gets the registered user email out. :nice!:

If Ryo get's in can his phrase for when he wins a race is "Let's get Sweaty oooha good" a mix of the two as he takes off shades only to reveal another pair of shades? No...?

ziming, will you be making a quick video about the vote. I think an actual clip with anything that concerns future shenmue content will gain interest from alot of people on youtube.

Go to the original post, and above the link for Ryos page, you will see a hyperlinked "HERE" for the topic over on the Sega forums. Its here you can find the full list of nominees and links to their voting pages.

Folks we need to spread the word on this. Last time i checked, Ryo was about 5th, being overtaken by Ristar and with Toejam and Earl about to overtake him. Shenmue Facebook pages should be statusing this every few hours, since its the best way to reach people (combined, Shenmue fan pages has over 20,000 likes, and we cant get 500 votes??).

Not exactly happy with the Shenmue turnout so far, but hoping it will improve.
