Sega of Japan has tweeted a message promoting a new Shenmue themed t-shirt. The front of the shirt has Shenmue in bold letters, and backside has characters such as Ryo, Lan Di, Chai. The shirt can be purchased from this site, and they do ship worldwide. See Adam Koralik's video below for instructions.

And it looks pretty nice too! I really need one of those... Hopefully they will be available outside of Japan soon.

The design reminds me of something you'd find at a market full of counterfeit goods in Malaysia. But the fact that it includes "1980" and the frigging cat means it is sufficiently quirky enough to have won me over. It also looks like Ryo and Lan Di and holding hands HAHAHA. Would have been an insta-cop but they had to go and put that stupid store logo on the sleeve. Thanks but no thanks Core Choco.

Isn't that single tweet the biggest marketing for the franchise Sega of Japan has done since Shenmue 1? Am I wrong for thinking this is kinda huge?

LGS speaks truth. Customs, at least over here, are right arses. I've been stung more times than I care to remember. Though, if they are sending it via a cheaper postal service, you might get lucky with it getting through scot free.

To be honest though, for about that price you can just get your own Shenmue tee printed. And without Core bloody Choco on the sleeve.

Am I wrong for thinking this is kinda huge?
