Shenmue Dojo

We at Shenmue Dojo would like to thank our loyal members for their continued support. In order to keep the Dojo running smoothly without sacrificing older and useful content, we're forced to upgrade in order to house our large databases. As many are aware of, we don't use ad's to keep our quality hosting plan running, nor do we sacrifice performance.

Since the move from GameSpy in 2010 we've ran Shenmue Dojo strictly through donations. Donations have paid up until the last cycle, but not through this one. The billing cycle ends at the end of the month and in order to secure a seamless transition we'd like to be up to date by the end of the week.

As always, users will be rewarded for donating (any amount) with special perks on the forums. These include unique colors corresponding to the year in which you donated in along with custom ranks and other such privileges. Additionally, this month user Kenny is willing to send free goodies from E-3 as an extra incentive to donate.

The donation button can be found on the main page of the website.

Ok guys for real, if you use this forum on the daily or every other day, maybe just once a week, whatever.. you should have donated already. If not please do so.

We're at about $50/$150 and it's due tonight. To be fair, I really don't feel this should come out of pocket but I'm not going to do that to the people who literally can't. It's a shame that the people who can don't help though yet use the site daily.

Why not post this message on Shenmue500k? Im sure we could find the money there. I'll post about it on the neogaf thread as soon as i know if the rules allow for such a "promotion".
