Hell yeah, it's finally happening! I've been waiting for this ever since they made the Ryo statue.
Funny thing, it was only like three days ago that I checked their site out of interest for a Lan Di statue.

Now I'm curious how it's going to turn out. Are they gonna give him his signature stance with the arms on his back or do they put him in a pose where he performs his final move? It would be awesome if they had both, with the regular and limited edition differing.

I hope they'll turn it into a real series. I want Ren and Xiuying. Well I want all of the major characters (except for Yuan maybe) but those two would be my next picks.

Shenhua has to be next really but i want Ren and Xiuying too.

Wouldn't mind a Master Chen/Guizhang too and a creepy Chai.

I never managed to get the Ryo one, but I think I'll pick up the LanDi one, assuming it's not priced outside of my budget.

Wow this would/should be awesome. If they get the face right we could see some wicked scar action going on.

Uggggh, I can't wait! I was starting to get concerned this was replaced by the statue of Beat from JSF since that was supposed to be the last figure in the Sega series., but I'm so glad they're doing this ^.^. I would love for the pose to be Lan Di with his hands behind his back and holding the Phoenix Mirror.

That would be dope. Maybe his face and nose slanted slightly up in a condescending way. Like, "pfft..I just killed your father, move out of the way."

In a way, Ryo and Shenhua are the worst aesthetically to create because of their colour schemes. A Lan Di and Ren statue would look immense!

There already is a Shenhua statue, remember? Yeah it's a cheap piece of plastic and it doesn't compare, I know.

It's beautifully designed already, his facial features are perfectly matched. Also seeing his Chinese garb when the paint job is finished with the dragon embroidery will look gorgeous I'm sure.

I've got assurances from Alex who runs F4F that Lan Di statue will be scaled proportionally to the Ryo statue. Meaning he will appear taller as the character does in the games. He also says we shouldn't worry about the intricate dragon design on Lan Di's outfit. All the details and colors will carry over to the statue.

That's good to know. Though I expected nothing less as they usually get these things right.
I just hope that the stature doesn't get considerably more expensive then the Ryo one because of the greater height and all of the details on the robe.

Lan Di is shorter than Ryo in the games? Wow, I never knew that.

I'm sure the robe will look amazing. Wonder if they'll be going with a dragon mirror platform for the exclusive version.

No it's the other way around. Lan Di is taller then Ryo and it's 185cm vs. 176cm actually.
