We have to think of where we re coming from. 2 weeks ago there was no Shenmue III.

I agree the campaign could be better with its communication and other things.

BUT:

- It is the beginning and we don t know what they planned for the future of the kickstarter.

- Please send in private message (or not but it is better) your worries, ideas, etc...

- We need to be together in this and HELP in any way we can. To be constructive.

- Yu Suzuki and his team should have had a pretty busy timetable for the last 3 days. After they come back, be sure they won t be spoiled withbullshits and 100% focused on Shenmue III with videos, informations, interviews etc...



Don t get me wrong, I m not a blindy optimistic person but shit happens they are aware of what could have been better and that better than us and will think of it and improve if they need to.

With YOUR HELP it will be 110% better.

I wouldn't want Ryo driving cars or changing his iconic look. This isin't Capcom.

You wouldn't have to. It's all optional to help raise money for Shenmue III.

Oh man, scrapping the (already brilliant) fighting system, and instead giving us a fighting QTE system....I'm really trying to resist getting negative, I mean, we're getting SHENMUE 3,...but...that idea sounds seriously iffy.

I just hope that they do what they want. They made the first 2 games, and they were absolutely amazing. I feel like we are in good hands with Yu and his team. The last thing that I want is them to start taking people's ideas from the surveys and trying to change their overall vision.

Its Yu guys, he will do this his way, we have nothing to worry about

We're definitely in good hands, no matter how the Kickstarter turns out. But damn if I don't want to get lost for an extra 40 hours just exploring lol.

I do totally agree. But I honestly wouldn't be too upset if that one idea did happen to be voted down haha. I loved the fighting system in the first two games so much.

meh the only thing on that list that I could see actually boosting the kickstarter donations is a physical PS4 reward, and they have already hinted that that's not on the table (presumably for legal/financial reasons)

It should be added as a stretch goal... Maybe 8 million, or something. Def should be on there, though.

REALLY? Are they scrapping the VF fighting system??? NOOOOOOO... Tell this is just a suggestion or a JOKE...

Yeah I'll be honest. If the fighting system is scrapped that will hurt the game in my eyes. Don't get me wrong, I want to finish the story any way I can. But the FREE battles were one of my favorite things about the series. I spent a lot of time buying scrolls and practicing in the park.
