This is absolutely amazing news! Looks like it’s all ramping up for I, II and III to be released towards the end of the year. This news has made me unbelievably happy.

All these long years I've hoped for a rerelease of Shenmue 1 and 2 just as much, if not more so, than getting Shenmue 3. Not being able to share this game with others has been so frustrating. I always felt like so many people would love Shenmue if only given a chance to play it. Regardless of how Shenmue 3 turns out, I'm just grateful these masterpieces will be immortalized and accessible for years to come without needing a dreamcast emulator.

Thank you to all the Shenmue fans who've relentlessly pestered Sega about this for so many years!
