I am forced to consider the possibility that perhaps this is in fact the Shenmue Dojo as it was intended to be at this stage in it's life and members like Ryudo/Animegamer and myself are just relics of a begone era that are now the odd piece out in the new order, not the elements we now find alien to ourselves. Our dojo is now dead and a new dojo for a new generation has taken it's place.

The junk forum was cool I had a quick look over the topics in there about a week ago. I won't miss the topics like 'What colour is your poop?' I hope we still get topics in general like when QWERTY took the piss out of Alimn meeting Yu with a story on how he met Brian Blessed.

The fact is it won't kill this place because a good amount of the people who post here don't even give a shit about the drama.

Me and Pete tried to save what we could. Some of the topics gave me a big laugh last weekend, like the Orange vs Dragnoix topic (classic), or when everybody was trolling Jokatech in his relationship topic, or the odd topic from QWERTY or Mittens that made me smile, it was a trip down nostalgia lane, for sure.

I went to the southampton game and some little weed behind me didn't like me standing (Along with half the ground) when there was a corner or nicely positioned free kick.

My first time checking out this topic.

I have been a member of the dojo for a while and I am ok with the deletion of the Junk forum. Granted, I do not have anywhere to post my random drunken musings anymore but I think the dojo may be better off not knowing what drunken Frozen is doing.

The forums are not that active anymore and the junk forums directly reflected this. There used to be topics such as "The spam topic" or "the TPAM topic" that were guaranteed multiple posts per day. However since Shenmue III is nowhere in sight and all the old members got preoccupied with other events in live, the activity on the forums tapered off. The need for people to post stupid crap kinda waned, and the junk forum became stagnant.

If I was in charge I would have not deleted the Junk forum, but I don't disagree with the decision. I will miss them, though.
