Bring back the General Shenmue forum

Since we now have 3 in the works (still can't believe it ) we need a forum to cover general Shenmue topics. I see a lot of people posting general Shenmue series questions in the 1 and 2 boards these days, for instance.

It's how it was always handled, at least upon my arrival. The problem is not making a forum, it's now going through a decade of old posts blended within the Shenmue forum and moving them to the new General forum. You can't make a forum, then have said topics floating around in others, old or not. It'd ruin the search function and make for a confusing time. Easily put, our efforts are best focused elsewhere atm, the KS campaign, news, etc. We can move any that are out of line (in S2 by accident, etc.), but the Shenmue forum will have to stay as is.

Shenmue covers the first game and general Shenmue discussion.
Shenmue II covers the second game, the Xbox version n debates about the Japanese VOs vs English dub.
Shenmue III covers the Kickstarter, speculation, and general bitching.

Pretty straight-forward imo.
