Are these real?

I came across this video on youtube saying these are leaked screens not intended to be seen by the public https://youtu.be/lcckuM9QJhg some I think we've all probably seen before but others I haven't seen until this, can anyone shine some light on them and where they came from?

It is unreal 4, it's pretty capable of a good looking game but I guess if they are screens they'd be from a high end pc
