These tiles are still about Virtua Fighter RPG. Taking the man with evil eyes into account, the one depicted in the 3rd tile, ...

... I found something that depicts (on the top, between Kage and Lau) a man with a similar face and (somehow similar) eyes ...

Probably they just look similar, but the said similarity can struck you a little bit. (Anyway. The one in the VF flier doesn't look like Dural who is a woman.)

Those eyes are pretty similar to Kage Maru in VF anime. So...

I dont think Suzuki had anything to do with the anime, did he? Not sure if the anime would be relevant to the VFRPG timeline. Please correct me if I'm wrong on that.

As for the dude in chapter 10. I am not exactly sure who that is.
