Someone on the stream said Kickstarter should have a queuing system for the rewards, so if someone backs out it just goes to the next in line. Seems like a good idea to me. Either way, I'm glad a PayPal option has been announced as something tells me I'll be making some more donations.

Kind of a flawed system. There are several easy solutions to fix this... for example
- you can't back out in the last hour, only go higher
- queuing system
- you have to pledge at least 10% of your highest pledge

they probably did psychological studies and found pledges would be less likely in those situations as any kind of immediate up front risk could subconsciously cause people not to pledge...

.. i just made that up.. they seem like obvious solutions so there must be some reason they ain't doing it.

You can't blame Kickstarter for that really, internet trolling is endemic but they can't really adjust the terms of service to account for it without impinging on the rights of genuine customers.
