Chai in Shenmue 3

I imagine Chai as a criminal psycho, we didn't see how much wicked he can be. I agree that new chars are good to see, but if he appears in a well written way, Chai can make a solid plus for the game story. He isn't your common menial, he was the man who Lan Di trusted to act alone and seriously put an offensive on Ryo while diverting him with the Mad Angels, which were his business arm, not the "real deal".
