A leather box that resembles Ryo's Jacket with the shenmue logo burned into the leather.

A nice thick booklet, telling you about the workings of FREE and full color pictures, interviews, and a DVD behind-the-scenes featurette.

A collection of Yu's Games. Poster, Figurine, Tshirt you name it.

The games have been revamped with more scenarios.

All three chapters in three cases. Also the unrealesed side-chapter on the boat from Japan to Hong Kong.

I think thats what the diehard fans of this series deserve. Id like that.

Anyway, yes. That would be supremely awesome. However, it would never happen. People don't buy awesome things, look at the sales figures of Shenmue to see that. Whatsmore, people are even less likely to buy EXPENSIVE awesome things, as something like that would inevitably be.

thats a great idea. actually i think we do deserve something like that. the prime audience for shenmue 3 is gonna be the real fans. people like us. we've been through a lot of crap with this. i think something should be done as a token of appreciation. (fuck, i think LanDC should be thanked in the credits, hes done more for the series than many of the staffers. but we know that would never happen)

Unfortunatly, it's unlikely that Sega would release anything that they don't think they could turn a profit from. Understandable, but ultimatly saddening. It's due to that kind of thinking that we get "classics" like BMXXX and countless rehashes of shoddy franchises like Tomb Raider.
