No way, I believe it'll still be there in the third. But like others have said its likely that there will be a scar under it...has their ever been a cutscene with someone asking about the bandage? That thing would be so damn dirty in real life... :?

Well, everyone mensions that Ryo and Lan Di look-alike. Since Lan Di is one of the highest leaders of the Chiyou Men, the lower members probobly never even seen him, but only know of his appearance. I say this, because others like myself, would love a chance to play as Lan Di, I think this would be the perferct oppurtunity too do it.

No,it will be gone,yu suzuki said that it will be taken off, I'm sure ryo's healing process for a little cut doesn't take 2 years unless he is a big wussy

Hey maybe Lan Di got his scar from training as well as Ryo.....maybe Lan Di trained with Iwao when he was a boy

I really doubt that, there fighting styles were completely different. Had he trained with Iwao as a boy then he would have some similiar technique. Also when they fought at the beginning of Shenmue 1 there would have been much more conversation, not just "give me the mirror".
